Who you're dealing with

Brown Broom is operated by TODO: business legal name (e.g. Brown Broom LLC, or your full name if a sole proprietor), TODO: business mailing address (a PO box or registered-agent address is fine). Contact us at TODO: customer email address (e.g. studio@yourdomain.com). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and images

Product images are digital mock-ups of each printed piece. Colour, wash, fraying and print placement can vary slightly from piece to piece and from what you see on screen. Fabric content and care details are listed on each product page.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. If we can't fill an order, or a price was clearly listed in error, we'll tell you and refund any amount you've paid.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order.

Our designs

All designs, artwork, the Brown Broom name and monogram, the devil characters, photographs and site content belong to TODO: business legal name (e.g. Brown Broom LLC, or your full name if a sole proprietor) or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a garment doesn't grant any rights to the artwork on it.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, scraping it, interfering with other visitors, or using it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: US state whose law governs (where the business is based), USA. Either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
